Where are our classes offered?
During 2026 we are offering online zoom classes and meditations as well as small in- person classes at our home and Institute in beautiful Sidney by the Sea, BC - only 25 minutes from downtown Victoria.
These smaller classes give us the opportunity to work with each individual on a one-on-one basis and to have more in-depth discussions and interactions between all in attendance. In-person classes really help participants practice the rituals and tools that we offer you in many of our programs.
