Where are our classes offered?

During 2023 we are offering online zoom classes and meditations as well as small in- person classes at our home and Institute in beautiful Sidney by the Sea, BC - only 25 minutes from downtown Victoria.

 

These smaller classes give us the opportunity to work with each individual on a one-on-one basis and to have more in-depth discussions and interactions between all in attendance.  In-person classes really help participants practice the rituals and tools that we offer you in many of our programs.

 

We follow all the Provincial BC Health Protocols, including showing proof of vaccination, wearing masks, hand sanitation and social distancing. We will only be able to accept fully vaccinated participants in our home and Institute.
