Exhibitor Registration

Fair September 26 & 27, 2020

Notice: Do to the COVID-19 situation we do not accept new registrations.

If you do register, you will be registering for our Fall Fair.

The cost for an Reader’s table (4 or 6 ft.) is $90 per day. Deposit $30

For Artisan, Healer or Vendor tables (8 ft.) the cost is $120 per day. Deposit $40.


To reserve your space a non-refundable deposit is required ($30 for 6 ft. table, $40 for an 8 ft. table per day. If you book for 2 days, the deposit will respectively double) with your registration. Payment via e-transfer is appreciated (Please supply password to access your payment, if requested).

Send it to the following emailspirit@pathwaystospirit.net. The balance of the cost for your table is required by July 25th, 2020.

 
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 
 
Non-Refundable Deposit. Cancellation: No refunds offered after August 25, 2020.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

a) This contract may only be cancelled by the exhibitor if notice in writing is received by Fair Management at least thirty-one (31) days prior to the first day of the show. If an exhibitor cancels on or after these dates, the exhibitor is not eligible for any refund. This also includes contracts signed after the cancellation or 31-day deadline. Cancellation requests received or requested in writing prior to thirty-one (31) days before the show, shall be levied a $30/$40 (6 ft. table $30, 8 ft. table $40) administration fee for cancellation.

 

b) In the event the exhibitor fails to make payment as aforesaid or fails to comply in any respect with the terms of this contract, Fair Management reserves the right to cancel this contract without notice and all rights of the exhibitor hereunder shall cease and terminate. Any payment made by the exhibitor on account hereof will be retained by Fair Management as liquidated damages for breach of his contract and Fair Management may there upon re-rent said space. Failure to appear at the event does not release the exhibitor from responsibility for payment of the full cost of the space rented.

 

CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF FAIR - In the event that the facility in which the fair is being held, or scheduled to be held, is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy, for reasons beyond the control of Fair Management and its sponsors, or if for any reason Fair Management is unable to permit the exhibitor to occupy the facility or the space, or if the fair is cancelled or curtailed, Fair Management and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, damage, or expense of whatever nature that the exhibitor may suffer. The reasons listed include, but are not limited to, such reasons as: casualty, explosion, fire, lightning, flood, weather, epidemic, earthquake, or other Acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts or boycotts.
