Note: Our Fairs are extremely popular and fill-up very quickly, therefore Registration will be on a first come - first serve basis.
The cost for a Reader’s table (6 ft.) is $90. Deposit $40
For Artisan, Healer or Vendor tables (8 ft.) the cost is $120. Deposit $40.
No extra charge for tables or chairs!
To reserve your space fill out and send in the registration form below. We will contact you within five business days if you have been accepted or not. After you receive confirmation of your registration, a non-refundable deposit is required ($40 for each table) or full payment if you so choose.
Payment is due within 72 hours of registration approval. Payment via e-transfer is appreciated. No spots will be held without payment!

The balance of the your table cost is required by March 15, 2024.
Bookings after payment deadline need to be paid in full after receipt of confirmation.
Note: To offer variety and diversity at our Fairs, we limited the numbers of exhibitors offering the same modality or products. Rocks & Gem vendors and Tarot card readers always sell out first.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Refundable Deposit. Cancellation: No refunds offered after April 6th, 2024.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
a) This contract may only be cancelled by the exhibitor if notice in writing is received by Fair Management at least fourty-five (45) days prior to the first day of the show. If an exhibitor cancels on or after these dates, the exhibitor is not eligible for any refund. This also includes contracts signed after the cancellation or 45-day deadline. Cancellation requests received or requested in writing prior to fourty-five (45) days before the show, shall be levied a $40 administration fee for cancellation.
b) In the event the exhibitor fails to make payment as aforesaid or fails to comply in any respect with the terms of this contract, Fair Management reserves the right to cancel this contract without notice and all rights of the exhibitor hereunder shall cease and terminate. Any payment made by the exhibitor on account hereof will be retained by Fair Management as liquidated damages for breach of his contract and Fair Management may there upon re-rent said space. Failure to appear at the event does not release the exhibitor from responsibility for payment of the full cost of the space rented.
CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF FAIR - In the event that the facility in which the fair is being held, or scheduled to be held, is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy, for reasons beyond the control of Fair Management and its sponsors, or if for any reason Fair Management is unable to permit the exhibitor to occupy the facility or the space, or if the fair is cancelled or curtailed, Fair Management and sponsors will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, damage, or expense of whatever nature that the exhibitor may suffer. The reasons listed include, but are not limited to, such reasons as: casualty, explosion, fire, lightning, flood, weather, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, or other Acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts or boycotts.
LIABILITY INSURANCE - Any liabilities arising to/from all Psychics, Palm Readers, Tarot Card Readers, Spiritual Healers, Energy Healers & Practitioners, etc. are excluded from our liability insurance. You are required to carry your own general public liability coverage against claims for bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of the use of the venue by you of not less than two million Dollars (2,000,000.00) elsewhere.
